Welcome to our luxury private cottage by the sea in the heart of La Jolla Village. The home has been completely renovated with all top of the line finishes- not a detail was spared. Just steps from your front door you have all that La Jolla offers right at your finger tips- the iconic La Jolla Cove, well known art galleries as well as the Museum of Contemporary Art, many delicious restaurants & unique eclectic shops. You will not find another rental quite like ours in the Village. Upon arrival, you'll immediately notice the attention to detail. The interior is adorned with white and navy blue accents, creating a serene and coastal ambiance. The living spaces are thoughtfully designed, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere for relaxation. Each bedroom & living room is equipped with a Samsung Art Frame TV which tastefully hang on the walls & above the fireplace.
This home is extremely unique property completed with all exceptionally high end finishes & furnishings. Please take this into consideration before booking to ensure it fits what you are looking for.
The cottage also features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. Everything you need from pots to pans, utensils, Keurig coffee pot, mixing bowls, etc. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table that seats up to 6, bathed in natural light streaming through the windows. Look out into the front yard with gorgeous Serena & Lily white linen furniture with views looking out to the Pacific Ocean.
The primary bedroom is equipped with an eastern King bed with built in night stand shelving, a Samsung Art Frame TV, & French doors leading out to the private backyard. The second bedroom has a full sized bed & desk area for those still enjoying the comfort of working from home. Both rooms have access to the shared bath that was completely redone with gorgeous white & blue tiles, towel heating bar, & rain shower.
The backyard of the home has been completely transformed. The focal points of the yard include a large centered gas fire pit with seating & adjustable louvered pergola, infrared sauna, private hot tub, a stand alone tub backed by gorgeous tile & an outdoor shower to rinse all that sand off from the nearby beaches. The back yard is a private oasis perfect for romantic getaways or trips with friends.
The location of this cottage is truly exceptional. Being right by the cove, you'll have easy access to the sparkling waters and sandy beaches of La Jolla.
